Most Couples in Europe and Asia can no longer produce new born babies. No new born baby was reported in the whole of Italy with Millions in Population for Two Weeks likewise other European nations according to press report.
In other countries in Asia such as China, Japan and others also suffer population decline.
Due to the declining nature of population and other advanced nations, their respective Government are lobbing couples by giving them money and other form of incentives and holidays for them to stay together in order to produce a baby; but the phenomenon is increasing day-by-day like a plague.
At first, the government explores all avenues to control the birth rate but now they cannot explore another avenue to increase the birth rate while the population is declining leading to extinction.
Africa and Islamic countries don't put much effort on birth control because is against Islamic rules and African tradition as well especially abortion of unborn babies as some countries legalized abortion.
According to to certified historical reports, the blacks population had dominated the whole of Europe, Asia and the Middle East long before the birth of Christ and through recent exhibition of icons and monuments of blacks in power of authority in those countries which serve as evidence.
Evidently, in the near future, the blacks will take over those nations through immigration and not by warfare in order to fill in the vacuum as citizens while their Aborigines remain minority and going on extinction.
Consequently, in the near future, blacks would become the President of Russia, China, Japan, Australia, Europe and the Middle East as it happened before the birth of Christ based on historical evidence.
Based on current development, there are several cities in Europe that remain vacant whose government is seeking for immigrants to occupy with incentives and with basic social amenities including some parts of the United States like Alaska.
The following factors could constitute to this growing phenomenon:
Limit of Child Bearing.
In most advanced countries due to overwhelming population, couples are only allowed to produce Two kids but cannot control the death rate and not all kids can grow up to become sexually reproductive. So in both cases, these generation may be cut off without replacement which could lead to extinction.
The Abortion Rights
Most government in those nations legalized abortion of unborn babies as part of birth control strategy leading to decrease in population. Consequently, it now appears that the spirits of the unborn babies are becoming scared to be born in nations being hostile to unborn babies quite unlike other parts of the world.
Same Sex Marriage
As one of the measures to control the birth rate, Same Sex Marriage was legalized in those nations in order to avoid child bearing.
Consequently, large percentage of people in those nations become addicted to same Sex relationship, whose couples could have been married to the opposite sex to reproduce children. So women are marring themselves and likewise the men creating a childless society leading to extinction.
Also, like a plague, the Whites woman can easily reproduce with the Blacks quite unlike their fellow White men.
Currently, most Whites ladies are seeking for black men instead of their fellow White men for reproduction since most of them cannot reproduce with them and likewise the men looking for black ladies.
Therefore in the near future, the government in those nations would be encouraging Black and White Couples relationship in order to increase their population devoid of racism.
Production of Robot for Replacement
Production of Robot with Artificial Intelligence to replace human beings is now on the increase in those countries. Individual Robot performs different functions depending on how it is programmed. It becomes difficult to distinguish between Robot and human beings.
However, such technology does not last as those industries would close down due to the high rate of inflation and in future, jobless youths will wage war against them as there is usually advantage and disadvantage of everything.
The Mediterranean Immigration Tragedy
Thousands of immigrants cross the Mediterranean seas into Europe amidst several tragedy of boat mishap often rescued by Italian Coast Guide and majority of them are blacks.

So the issue of racism on blacks will become a thing of the past when the blacks are already in the power of authority in those countries as it happened in the past based on historical evidence like Joseph and his brothers in Egypt.
REINCARNATION
People do avoid traveling to countries that are hostile to foreigners. The hostility against unborn babies include same sex marriages, birth control hard drugs and abortion rights.
Since God had stopped creation of human being according to the book of Genesis, the unborn babies would refuse to go to countries for further assignment where they face such hostility because the environment is not save for them to be reborn.
Evidently, if reincarnation does not exist their men will continue to multiply with their women as usual. But on the contrary, those unborn babies are avoiding those hostile countries and immigrating to Africa and other countries to fulfill their assignment just we also migrate to other countries seeking for greener pastures and safe environment.
