Most bible scholars misunderstand this part of the scripture and even silent over it. They believe that it could be possible only when Jesus returns from heaven for the rapture considering the fact that the secular government of all nations will not hand over power to the religious leaders and do not believe of the coming of the end-time Prophet Elijah to restore all things as that scripture about the coming of the Prophet Elijah had been fulfilled through John the Baptist.
Also believe that the saints will not remain on earth to see the wrath of God as they would be raptured into heaven before the wrath of God begins and back it up with numerous quotations from the passages of the bible to buttress their believe.
The compounded end-time events had been summarized and be given to the end-time Prophet Elijah in a small book called the “little scroll” and not all the teachings of the end-time events written in the bible which is leading many astray as they begin to see the contrary fulfillment of what they originally believed. (Revelation chapter 10 - 11).
The little scroll containing just some few quotations of the bible relating to the end-time events is given to the end-time Prophet Elijah as the official “TERM OF REFERENCE” to prophesy and implement in the end-time and not all the voluminous end-time events written in the Holy Bible of which some of them had already expired during the Roman era and in the days of the prophets of old. So they are no longer relevant in our time. For example, according to the writing of Prophet Daniel, the Antichrist will make peace agreement with Israel and in the midst of the Seven years will break the covenant to deceive Israel is quite irrelevant now . Now there are two types of Government that ruled Israel; the military regime of King David the First and the Civilian Regime of King Solomon known as the King David the 2nd recognized as the Son of God entitled and as the Prince of Peace meaning of ‘Solomon’ (1 Chronicles chapter 6 and 28).
In the end-time, Jesus will come from heaven to separate the goats from the sheep and the goats are the sinners to be cast into the lake of fire when already the whole flesh of the people had been translated into immortal bodies to face the eternal punishment and the saints into everlasting bliss of righteousness and to rule as Priests and Kings.
The meaning of the “rod of Iron’ is “Iron hand” Therefore, before Jesus comes, the saints will rule all nations with the iron hand to enforce the holy laws and they will be stiff resistance and will be regarded as abuse of human rights and will see those religious laws as a heavy york on their neck. This is the military period of the saints to rule with the rod of Iron of whom he said “from the days of John the Baptist and until now the kingdom of God suffers violence and the men of violence will take it by force” (Psalm 2: 1-end and Mat. 11:12, Rev. 2: 24-25, Mat. 25:31-41 and John 5: 28-29). Now note that the rapture will not take place until the saints are already on the seat of governance all over the world. As soon as that is done, 12000 and144000 of virgin saints who had not defiled themselves with women and not righteous by faith and holiness in your religion but a virgin saint who had never had sexual experience or had made yourself Eunuch for the sake of God’s kingdom like those genuine Roman Catholic Priests and Sisters will be chosen from every tribe and nations to be raptured into heaven at different times like Prophet Elijah of old to represent us in heaven as our Ambassadors and as our heavenly National Assembly and as House of Parliament. After that, Jesus will come from heaven with some of the saints as his entourage with his angels to separate the goats from the sheep and to execute judgement for the rebellious ones who had been given the saints problems and be cast into the lake of fire. So he is not coming to rule all nations with a rod of Iron; rather is throne is in heaven.
After the judgment, he will return to heaven with the saints and his angels while the saints will continue to rule this world for 1000 years and Cape Town will still remain as the Central Jerusalem of all the religious bodies all over the world on whose Table Mountain they will build the Ezekiel's Temple devoid of animal sacrifice and bloodshed.
After the 1000 years, the New Jerusalem will be shifted to Israel and on whose mountain the New Jerusalem will descend upon and there will be no more temple and shall remain as the Capital City forever and ever. (Revelation chapter 21 -22)
Jesus is coming between 2030-2040. Keep his part straight!
